Step Three

You can download the School Catalog Addendum and Enrollment Agreement, print them off and fill them out. If paying by Credit Card, simply fill out the attached Credit Card Authorization form. Make sure you refer to our Sizing Chart when making your Uniform selections.*

Step Four

If you downloaded and completed the Entrance & Enrollment Agreement, send the Agreement and your payment by check, money order, or the Credit Card Authorization Form in an envelope and send it to: The 105degrees Academy P.O. Box 60886 Oklahoma City, OK 73146 * – Note: Uniforms will be available at the 105degrees Academy the day before the start date of the course in which a student is enrolled. Student supplies are provided the first day of class.
