Student Kits
Level I: The Germinators | $675
If you have never taken a 105degrees course then you’re a Germinator. This kit includes a Level I: Fundamentals of Raw Cuisine Manual; 105degrees Academy Uniform: 2 personalized organic cotton chef coats, 2 organic cotton chef pants, 2 organic cotton long aprons, 2 organic cotton head
bands/caps, 1 pair endurance clogs; 105degrees Student Knife Kit: 1 chef knife; 1 paring knife; and 1 knife bag.
Level II: The Bloomers | $225
This kit is for students who obtained the 105degrees Academy Fundamentals of Living Cuisine Certification within 12 months of enrollment in Level II: Advanced Raw Cuisine. The Bloomers Student Kit includes the Level II: Advanced Raw Cuisine Manual.
Level II: The Perennials | $625
You’re a Perennial if (1) you received your Level I Certification over a year ago, or (2) you need a new
uniform and/or knife kit, or (3) you received a waiver from 105degrees of the course prerequisite for
Level II: Advanced Raw Cuisine. The Perennials Student Kit includes the Level II: Advanced Raw Manual;
105degrees Uniform: 2 105degrees chef coats, 2 long aprons, 2 skull caps; 105degrees Student Knife Kit: 1
chef knife, 1 paring knife, and 1 knife bag.

Additional Fees
Re-Testing
In the case of a student’s absence resulting in the student missing a course test, there will be a $50 fee assessed
to the student to provide additional ingredients and resources to subsequently administer the test to the
student.
Replacement Certificates
We charge a $10 fee to replace diplomas or transcripts, or to write a letter to confirm a student’s training or
graduation.
Housing and Transportation
Pricing and information for optional student lodging and transportation can be found at
105degreesAcademy.com. Payment for these services is made by the student directly to our
accommodations partner. Student housing and transportation services are not provided by 105degrees
and are not subject to our Cancellation/Refund Policy. We do not warrant these services and do not make
arrangements for students relating to these services. Students will contact the provider of these services
directly for reservations and all other related communications.
