Inside Classen Curve, The Academy at 105degrees features a state-of-the-art commercial facility, specifically designed as a raw culinary institute. There our students utilize the most advanced and cutting-edge work environment and equipment available, including the latest ice cream machines, food processing and sculpting tools, as well as individual marble and stainless steel work stations. The interior of our kitchen is designed for comfort and creativity, featuring materials such as bamboo, stone, ceramic tiling, an advanced sound system and an abundance of natural light.
